Kim Kiplin is the one who is "suppose" to receive comment. However, she will not accept phone calls, emails and she is not the person who votes to adopt the rules. The Commissioners vote the rules in or out. So, this time, I wish you would call or write a Commissioner too because they are the ones we need to convey our sentiments to. 1. I oppose winning less than $5 for matching 4 of 6 numbers playing Lotto Texas. _____

2. I oppose the rule not stating specifically how much a 6 of 6 winner will win. _______

3. I oppose the use of the word "may" instead of "shall" when referring to the percentage due a 6 of 6 winner. ___

4. I oppose the TLC paying the amount they advertise and not guaranteeing a minimum percentage of sales that the 6 of 6 winner will receive. _____

5. I oppose the 6 of 6 prize amount not being "pari-mutuel."_____

6. I oppose the TLC allocating such a high percentage of sales to the 3 of 6 prize category since it's never been needed to pay the prize.____

7. I object to players not receiving a minimum of 55% of sales when the rule state that players shall receive 55%. _____

8. I oppose this change on Texas 2 Step: "(i) The direct prize category contribution may [ shall ] be 45.56% of the prize pool for the drawing." The word "shall" should remain. ____

9. I oppose a twice daily drawing for Pick3. No matter how many draws you have, I only have so much money that I can allocate to gambling. I resent having to play twice a day out of fear that my favorite numbers may be drawn. _____
