Effective July 29, 2002, March 1, 2003, Jan 1, 2004, March 1, 2005
April 1, 2006, January 1, 2007, July 1, 2008, July 1, 2009, the TLC
began using new balls. New air driven drawing machines were put in on
Jan 1, 2007. When 5/39, the TLC used "hard rubber balls" but with
the matrix change, they switched to "ping-pong" type balls.

25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40 & 41)

told me to obtain this information from the internet. Since there is a track record
of errors on the part of the TLC, I designate what I have proofed using
the "official papers." We'll see how it goes as far as accuracy - but - when they
originally posted this data they started off with two errors so ... I'm not very optimistic.
Hopefully, like twice in years past, they will reinstate these faxes because they'll
discover it's cheaper than mailing them, less embarrassing when there is an error on
their part, and less work for their staff to fill open records requests - which is
exactly how I will obtain this information from now on so as to insure my accuracy.

Updates- On December 22, 2000, the Tx Lottery erred in posting the
4th pretest drawing for the Cash 5. On their site, as of 1-1-01, it was
still posted incorrectly. I have the correct numbers posted and just FYI,
I notified Linda Cloud of this error on Monday, Dec. 25, 2000. I notified
her because she told me Thanksgiving week that it was IMPOSSIBLE
for there to be a mistake on their Pretest drawing results web page.

On March 30, 2001 and April 6, 2001, the TLC posted ball set "0" as the
alternate ball set chosen for the Texas Million. There is no ball set "0." They later
corrected this after I brought it to their attention but they never posted a "Correction
Notice." So much for it being "impossible" to make a mistake on their pretest pages.

Additionally, for the week of April 9, 2001 "Ask the Director" section,
the Tx Lottery gave incorrect data to players regarding the date the Pick3 balls
were last replaced. They told players the Pick3 balls were last replaced on
Sept. 1, 2000 when the balls were actually replaced on April 2, 2001.
