first witness ... He calls "Jackpocket" - an app
that allows you to buy lottery tickets online -
a "messenger service." What a line of BS he
fed the committee ... Online lottery sales is
ILLEGAL in Texas - if our 17,000 retailers
knew they could charge an extra fee for
selling tickets, they'd do it.
