Lottery.com, a Texas based company that trades publicly on NASDAQ,
is apparently promoting that people can purchase Texas Powerball
tickets on their phones, as evidenced by the graphics
shown on the lottery.com web site.

If you type in "lottery.com," this is what you see in your
browser IF
you are a US resident and NOT using a VPN
FYI ... lottery.com lost their TX retailers
licence in
approx 2022 because according to SEC documents,
the
company was found to have been selling TX Powerball
tickets illegally across state lines from 2019-2022.
Now in spite of their selling illegal tickets, the TLC
re-instated their retailer license right before the
April 2023
$95 million jackpot. Imagine that!
So, ask yourself ... WHY would lottery.com - still have
their homepage APPEAR
that they sell Powerball tickets?
I realize this page shows an old jackpot and date but
its existence has a purpose and it's for show for investors.
Press Release Issued This Week by lottery.com
lottery.com put out a press release stating that they were starting
International Lottery tickets sales and that they expected to earn millions of
dollars in revenue from this new international lottery sales operation.
Now please understand, this is just one of many press releases they've issued
in the past 6 months. I have words for what they write but this is not the
time nor the place for you to hear what I think!!! <grin>
We learned that when anyone outside of the US types
"lottery.com," it actually redirects the viewer to a different
domain
address (lotteryprime.com) but it's still "lottery.com"
as is evidenced by the logo's.
Here's a sampling of
what International visitors see
and can purchase when they go to "lottery.com."
FYI - US residents CAN still go to the redirected site
- lotteryprime.com - and I'll show
you how in a minute.
If US visitors try to go to this address you
are blocked - Imagine that!

As you can see ....
Those outside of the US see an entirely different web site
and it
offers multiple US based lottery tickets for sale, including Powerball,
Megamillions, Californias Super Lotto, and the Cash 4 Life lottery game
sold in NY state and other U.S. states. This website also appears to allow
users to buy international lottery tickets from EU, France,
Canada, and Spain all from your telephone!
If US Residents Try To Go To The Re-directed Site
lotteryprime.com, this is what you see ...

Isn't technology great. It's amazing what these geeks can do!
Ask yourself, why would a site with a name
"lotteryprime.com" be blocked in the US?
It would seem to me that it's because they
are hiding their activities. But gee, I don't know!
Are the sales not legal? Are they afraid of
what US lotteries might do?
But Never Fear ...
US Residents Can Still Visit
lottery.com's Invisible Site Too!
All you have to do is get a VPN service for as little as $4.95 a month
then simply visit lottery.com from a server location outside of the USA
to
see their web site offering US lottery tickets to international audiences.
Use a VPN and see it yourself. It's amazing how they work!
The apps CLAIM they have protection from VPN's "pretending" a
customer is from a particular state or location but this has not been
the case for me and a few friends I recruited to buy tickets
from another country! Plus I was buying TX tickets from
the apps in 2019 while in other states.
I do NOT suggest you purchase any tickets as
the cost of each ticket is UNREAL. See ....

Powerball tickets from this site to a shopping cart - it
appears the company is charging $4.00 per ticket, double
the price of an actual Powerball ticket. The same goes
for the other lottery tickets they claim to be selling
internationally, with each ticket being priced at
2x the actual cost of the lottery ticket in
its legal jurisdiction. I guess our US Lotteries don't
care how much players pay so long as they get a sale!

Just to be clear that this is really "lottery.com,"
here's an enlarged view of the logo's so you
can read them clearly
Questions??? Food For Thought
Is it legal for a Texas based NASDAQ listed company to be
selling U.S. lottery tickets online in international jurisdictions?
Where are these tickets being purchased or printed,
and why are they being sold at 2X their face value?
How do you feel as a US resident buying Powerball,
Mega Millions and the different games to players
in international jurisdictions? Why are US lotteries
allowing this?
A Special Message For Mr. Gregg Potts,
COO of lottery.com
When our lawsuit, Nettles vs Rook TX LP, was dropped,
Mr. Potts issued a press release stating that lottery.com
was vindicated from any wrongdoing and that's why the suit
was dropped. He was quoted in a number of news stories
bragging and boasting that lottery.com was innocent and
did nothing wrong. Reporters from everywhere were calling
me for a quote and I just laughed and said NO, they weren't
innocent!
Our lawsut was dropped because we sued for CHANGE
and the State of Texas stepped in and BANNED all
Apps from operating in the State and the Texas Lottery
Commission was ABOLISHED. The suit was dropped
because the PURPOSE was for CHANGE and we
successfully got CHANGE.
If Mr. Potts thinks that having his business BANNED
from doing business in TX is vindication - then he's
suffering from Stickin' Thinkin.'
His message was targeted for those in the Financial
world and he's used it to target, trick Investors.
It's all about GREED & MONEY.
