domain names in question were acquired in "good faith" and have never missed
a lick in posting drawing results ... something the Texas Lottery didn't even do

For all drawings except the first drawing, they're paying the "advertised amount" for the top prize and not the pari-mutuel percentage of sales. I don't think so - when you add up everybody's take of sales and what they actually paid out, they are $8,215,531 short and the money has to come from somewhere.
