Very Interesting
Winning is not "luck" ... it's "destiny." Remember,
IF God has picked you to win the lottery,
then you only need ONE ticket to win.
Attention Players ... Important Notice
I strongly urge you to check other resources for drawing results
but under NO circumstances do I suggest you take your tickets
to
a retailer and ask him to check the tickets for you. The terminals
CAN and DO make mistakes. Here's Proof. Check your own tickets!
Please don't add to the "Unclaimed Prize Fund."

$709,164
"History of Jackpot Deductions From Reserve" below -
(Beginning balance (as of 4/23/06) in Reserve: $14,104,529)
(Note:
Just so that you know, $9,477,249 was added to reserve
between May 4, 2003 through April 23, 2006 (5/44 matrix)
and there was $4,627,280 in reserve prior to May 4, 2003.)
Understanding the "Reserve Fund"
Prior to 4/23/06, 2% of the players share of sales was placed
in reserve
just in case extra money was needed to pay the
"guaranteed prizes." Additionally, in previous years, the TLC
actually transferred "reserve" monies [millions] to the General
Revenue Fund even though it came from "our" share of sales.
That money should have been paid out in prizes but never was.
The TLC has told players that they return either "50% or 55% or
52%" [the percentages varied by matrix] to the players - by way
of prizes - even though this has never really been the case.
They are no longer holding a percentage in reserve which is good. The
money in reserve will now be used - when & if it's needed - to fund the
jackpot prize when sales do not support the amount advertised. A jackpot
winner has a "guarantee" that he will receive either the amount in the prize
pool or the investment cost - whichever figure is the greatest. They will also
use the reserve funds to pay the $3 "guaranteed" prizes IF there is not enough
in the 3 of 6 prize pool. I'll track the monies and keep the balances posted at
all times so we'll know if we are truly receiving our share [50%] of sales.
- History of "Jackpot" Deductions From Reserve Since 4/23/06 -
(Sales did not support advertised amount)
8/31/06: Deducted <$96,222> from Reserve to fund Lotto Texas jackpot
9/23/06: Deducted <$667,337> from Reserve to fund Lotto Texas jackpot
4/21/07: Deducted <$997,113> from Reserve to fund Lotto Texas jackpot
(Ironically, the 4/21/07 jackpot went unclaimed)
5/23/07: Deducted <$286,575> from Reserve to fund Lotto Texas jackpot

How do we know there was a winning ticket?)
Next Lotto Texas Jackpot
The TLC is advertising the next pot to be
$44 million - but - they will NOT have
$44 million - cash on hand - for the winner.
A 6 of 6 winner has won 40.47% from total "roll" sales.
They take this percentage of sales and IF invested, would give a
return of approximately the amount advertised over 25 years.
Players share is 50% of sales and the states share is 50%.
